Asset Manager at Kyon Energy

To me, Kyon Energy is dynamic, hands-on, and forward-thinking. I especially value the fact that I can actively help shape processes and structures here and implement ideas directly in our day-to-day operations. The short decision-making paths and the young work culture ensure that you can really make a difference from day one.

Send us your application via our job portal, including your CV – or feel free to use your LinkedIn profile instead!
First, you will have a conversation with someone from our People & Culture team – we’ll talk about you, your experience, and the role.
The second interview focuses on the specific details, challenges, and tasks within the team. You will speak with your future department for this.
Get a feel for the office and meet our team in person. For some positions, we will send you a case study in advance – your chance to show us what you've got!
If all interviews go well, we will make you an offer and look forward to welcoming you to our team as a Kyonaut!

Yes, absolutely – the job advertisement describes our ideal profile. If you feel like you're a good fit, please apply, even if you don't meet every single criterion.
We strive to provide you with an update on your application status as quickly as possible: We will get back to you within a maximum of one week. From the receipt of your application to a job offer, the process usually takes no more than 4 weeks.
You are welcome to send your application/CV to us as a speculative application at talent@kyon-energy.com. We will check if you might be a fit for one of our roles, or we will add you to our talent pool and notify you as soon as the perfect position for you opens up at Kyon Energy!
Of course! However, please keep our job requirements and the necessary skill set in mind.
We focus on authentic interaction. So, just be yourself and let us know what matters to you. After all, it has to be a good fit for both sides!
After a welcome, we start with a brief introduction before taking you on an office tour to introduce you to your colleagues. You will then spend the rest of the day in your department, where you can get to know your team better and start your new tasks.
We foster a relaxed atmosphere and use first names at every level of the company.
To ensure you learn as much as possible during your internship and can work on your own tasks and projects, we prefer a duration of at least 4–6 months, though longer is also welcome.
For us, flexible working hours mean that you can decide when to start and finish your workday within your agreed weekly hours. You also have the option to work from home two days a week. This allows you to tailor your daily work routine to your personal needs.
